Mercury 5424, 78 RPM.

Muggsy Spanier and his Dixieland Band performing Lazy Piano Man / Dixie Flyer

Record is in  Nice V+/V condition, plays nicely.  Labels are  good, radio station stickers.  This record was found in an old radio station record library. 

1950 issue; recorded in Chicago,  March 27, 1950.
